ZEBRA FOUNDATION is a non-profit and non-governmental foundation. It is devoted to helping orphans, widows, less privileged and the indigent members of our society.
We exist in-order to make a real difference in the lives of the Nigerian Youths and Women/Widows.
The vision of the foundation aligns with the above motto which seeks to develop youths through education and sports and empowering widows/women.
The task ahead is huge and certain companies have shown interest in being part of this vision hence the reason why we are existing. We have representatives who make up the Board of Trustees of the foundation.
We execute the educational empowerment of the youths through orientation and scholarships.
We believe that with good education, youths can achieve a lot and contribute to building the nation as they are the leaders of tomorrow.
We also give them adequate support through sports competitions and opportunities to be signed up by both local and international clubs.
MRS. CHIAMAKA ABOSEDE JAMES-ONUGHA
Founder & President
Abosede Chiamaka James-Onugha is a business woman who is into importation of Foreign luxury doors, Tiles, Smart Security Lock and many other building materials.
This NGO (Zebra JD Foundation) was established as a result of her desire to help the less privileged in the society.
Chiamaka has been a big and consistent player in the building materials industry and has contributed immensely to the growth of that sector.
She did all her educations in Lagos State of Nigeria. During the course of her studies, she experienced and witnessed how both the young and old are suffering in the society and that made her to make up her mind that she will really work hard so as to ensure that she will in turn give back to the society.
That emanated the birth of Zebra JD Foundation which has really gone a long way to promote humanities through financing of the school fees of the less-privileged, feeding of the homeless, setting up of seasonal sporting activities to keep the body and soul of the downtrodden together, counselling the single young mothers in the streets and the host of all other activities that we embark.
